L.I.T. PROGRAM

Information for Leader in Training program:   

 

Our LEADER in Training (LIT) Program, is a leadership program for 13-16 year olds who work directly with Senior Staff.   They are instructed and guided by staff to provide a base for intern and job training for the future. 

The L.I.T. program focuses on organizational skills, set-up, clean-up, accountability, age appropriate projects and behavior, giving directions, leadership training, following directions, safety, craftsmanship and fun!  LIT's assist throughout the day's routine. LIT's will also have an opportunity to work on individual projects, meet as a group, Kayak as a group and participate as a camper on Friday Fun activities.  . 

A mandatory orientation will take place before camp starts.  If selected to be in our LIT program, you must attend this orientation or make arrangements with Ann.  

LIT Registration

The cost is $275 per 1-week session.  To sign up for the program, LIT's must register online.  Once registered and tuition paid, there will be a separate questionnaire for the AIT to complete before Orientation.   AIT slots are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
